ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I figured I'd put 342 alchemist agates in my item vault to transfer between characters. Now it's stuck there and I cannot get it out. When trying it simply returns, "Error when transferring from the online item's vault, please try again later."

It's been more than an hour so it's not a time based thing. I've tried on multiple characters. I've closed the TOME client and reopened it. It's just stuck there.

I don't really care about the agates, I just want that slot in the item vault back. If they could be removed I would appreciate it.

Is it possible for someone to help me with this?

I've had that same problem . . . never did get them out. Just decided that I should never send gems through the vault again.

I have unfortunately filled all of my item vault slots with alchemist gems, so now I can't use it at all. Darkgod, would you mind emptying my vault for me? I won't put any more gems in there, I promise.
