[1.1.5] Shader problem with water levels

The cursor, shown off to one side and higher, is actually on myself.

Which makes lining up your beams problematic.

I don't always get the above problem in water levels; it seems to occur only in alternative version (leaky barrier) of the lake and Yeek starter dungeon (I haven't tried Naga dungeon yet).
If I disable shader the problem will disappear.
