Screwy description of saving throw talents

My anorithil's chant says it gives +45 to saves, it actually gets 17, my dwarver alchemist says +27 and actually gets 7.
I think that's an effect of the rescaling system.
By example if you have a spell save of 82 and you get some item giving you +50 spell save, in fact you'll only get 10 more spell save points according to that chart.
