Mouse cursor is missing when playing fullscreen on Windows Vista x64 OS. Tried two Vista machines, same result on each, works fine on Windows 7 though. I've tried disabling custom cursor without any luck, is there any solution short of running the game in windowed mode?

I'm having this exact problem on Steam with 1.20. I'm running Windows 7 x64. Any word of a fix?
