1.1.5 artifact staff uses wrong icon for charm power

I got an artifact staff with Illumination and Manasurge on it.
Only Manasurge was available for use as a Charm, but the icon for the Manasurge talent was the Illuminate icon.
It's hard to see in the picture, but the mouse was hovering over the Illuminate icon, and the effect description is for Manasurge. When triggered, the effect generated is Manasurge.
