hello
im on pc, win7, i dont use steam

i can not enter the game
when i click play in launcher nothing happens

i already had this problem after each update past 1.1.1 . i found a workaround by downloading full game and delete previous TOME folders and all was ok. i could play again . but this does not work this time

so now i just cant go past launcher.
i deleted TOME folder
tried "full" and "nomusic" TOME 1.1.4
tried to run compatibility XPsp2, 2000, with or without admin rights. no luck !
i also killed every t-engine occurencies in registry editor, still no luck.

i'd like to play !! what should i do to get the game to run ? launcher only is no fun

Eep, launcher only would get tiresome after a while... Can you upload a copy of your te4_log.txt file after attempting to run the game?

WTF i found a workaround for the workaround

it didnt launch from /c/desktop folder where it was already installed
it didnt launch from /g/freeware folder where it was already installed
it didnt launch from any previous location where i already installed it

it wants a brand new folder that was never used before

well...im gonna go play...i hope next patch wont murder the game again, again.

Are you sure the log you posted in from te4_log.txt ??? This looks like the launcher's log

oops yes i read too fast sorry.
i bet its no worth doing it now since game works from fresh install in its brand new folder.
i will look for it & update this thread when it happens again (it happened almost everytime with each patch, i play since 1.1.1)
