I don't have a clue. I just noticed that I was suddenly making an awful lot of critical hits and checked my charsheet to see that. It didn't go away or anything, it was permenant, any crit chance% items I got just increased or decreased it normally, it was still over 12000%. And it was amazing, too bad that character died to hubris.
