Started a Shalore Alchemist (no addons), moved to Trollmire and got level 2
I took control of the golem then pressed P to give him his stats point and here's what i see :

It's really negative because i can't add any.

Worry not, this is intended.
Your golem got rolled with armor that requires a high strength to wield, and took points out of it's pool in order to meet requirements.
