[1.1.3] Cursed-Punishments hit through walls, Shadow issue

The primary bug: Hateful Whisper and Agony will both hit through walls. Mostly doable with Shadows, but can be done with Telepathy as well.
The secondary "bug": Rest command/autoexplore rest waits for Shadows to recover to full HP. This takes too long and drains a metric ton of Hate; to the point where disabling and re-enabling Shadows would likely cost less Hate and time. I'd really recommend resting ignore shadow HP.
