[1.1.1 Onward][Steam] Only Alt Norgos Will Spawn

I've never in my 20+ runs through Norgos gotten a regular one. Every single time, including the first time through, has been the alt version Norgos the Frozen and never Norgos the Guardian.

That is highly unlikely, but not impossible; I've tried right now and got normal norgos

Most likely it's just bad odds. I've only gotten reg. Maze about twice since the alt. zones were added. And both of them were fairly recent. Odds are that you just keep flipping tails instead of heads when the zone is selected.
