[1.1.0] monolith+cultist mini event bugged if in alt-Daikara

During my exploration of the alternate version of Daikara, i ran into one of the level filled with the huge monoliths each guarded by a "friendly" cultist.
After killing a cultist, the timer started but stayed stuck there , and killing more cultist didn't made it starting, so the event was simply bugged.
Later with the same character i ran again into a level filled with huge monoliths and their cultists in the Elven ruins.
I killed a cultist, the timer appeared, and this time it worked.
Once the countdown reached 0 i finally could fight against the boss of this random event.
I believe the bugged version of the event taking place in the alternate Daikara that is constantly under meteors bombarding the whole level, destroying walls and etc... made it possible one of the monolith/cultist may have got caught in one of those meteor rain and that bugged the event.
Because in the Elven ruins there's nothing destroying the dungeon level and there it worked without a problem
