ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I just retrieved 5 items from my vault only to realise that instead of 5 different items I received 5 separate copies of the same necklace. Sadly it was by far the least interesting of the lot.
In any case, it might be worth having a look into what causes this to happen as it rather spoilt the fun of loading up my new character with goodies from my level 50

Same thing happened to me. 10 Shots of the Wind or whatever they are called. If I'm going to inadvertently dupe something why can't it be Wanderer's Rest or something? I think it would be hard to nail down exactly how I did it, though.

It takes the top item in the list and all other items change into that top item after you take them out. Even if you take out the top item and then close and reopen the item vault it will still be the same item.

I guess I can only put in 1 item at a time at the moment.
