[1.0.6d]Arcane Eye autocast

If you set Arcane Eye to autocast, it will request confirmation instead of automatically targeting yourself. This makes it unusable while autoexploring - you will get "Foo casts Arcane Eye" in your message log, but when autoexplore is interrupted, you will find yourself at the targeting stage of casting Arcane Eye.
