Hum ? it says you started resting before your second death ? what exactly happened ?

I died, loaded into the Eidolon plane, then died again. No resting intentionally started.

I've had this distinct death bug 3 times in 1.0.5, including a double death where I was killed by the Ice tree's ice shards spell, which "will never harm the caster." Weird things are common in the log, such as your character using instant auto-casts (damage shields, rest) during the turn you died.
