[1.0.5] Turn Calculation is off

I'm experiencing major indicators of turn calculation being wonky.

1) Using Precognition, when enemies use some abilities immediately following, results in real-time death, transport the player to Eidelon without loss of life in counter. Obviously Roguelike or last-life would not be so forgiving.

2) Enemies (namely rogues) can kill the player multiple (3+) times in one turn using some abilities, sometimes resulting in multiple lost lives in counter. I've preserved an instance of this if it helps in tracking the thing down. Can result in odd things like "will never harm the caster" spells showing as suicide casts in the log.

3) Enemies with as much as -44% global speed can still get a double turn on player when using certain abilities, resulting in some player-side features like Cauterize or Second Life being effectively nonfunctional.

4) Blurred Mortality occasionally is not accounted for in the right sequence, resulting in player deaths at -1 HP threshold.

Loving the game. I'd like to help pin down and fix these gamebreakers.

This gamebreaking bug needs attention. Please acknowledge...

The reports are everywhere of false deaths in 1.0.5, even on these forums, from Unstoppable failing on its first turn to this:

This cost me two (2) lives on the counter. This is getting to be ridiculous. I will need to resort to cheating soon, especially as about 50% of my deaths are from this glitch since 1.0.5. I lost my last necromancer to it in the last level of High Peak, and counting the final death, 4 of his 8 deaths were due to this bug in its various forms.

God help me, I can't make Imageshack take my photo. Transforming to Lichform while burning cost me two lives and sent me to the Eidelon Plane. The free uploader I used leads to a blasted ad, don't go there. Log copy:

Don't worry, this bug is known and a fixed being looked for.
It is however a very very nasty bug to fix :/

I've commited a tentative fix, but sure it's enough but since I cant reproduce it/// :/
