[1.0.5]Bloated Ooze damage sharing still not working

What is says in the title, basically. I still take full damage and my oozes take none. Very frustrating.

You sure you had Mitosis sustained ?

I did not, but I had oozes from Call of the Ooze. Does mitosis also have to be sustained for the damage sharing to work?
