Shivgoroth's instead of Rares

I have had a couple instances of rares spawning with the Shivgoroth model, but with the abilities of another creature. Once was a ghoul, another time an elven cultists, and some other undead the third time. All different dungeons.

You sure they weren't using shivgoroth form?

They might have been, but if so, it wasn't listed as one of their skills when I scrolled over them.

I believe it's temporarily replaced with Ice Storm while in the form.
