Blurred Mortality does not work [1.0.5]

Blurred Mortality has twice failed me now when I hit -1 HP. I'm not getting the extra 273 HP I'm supposed to. 26 HP, 19+117 blight damage, and instant death is the result. The first time I thought it had just been dispelled or something (even though there was nothing around that could dispel), so I became extra-careful with it. This time I'm absolutely, unequivocally certain it failed because I was watching it to be sure it was active before taking the next step. (Can I take that Blight hit while using Wild Speed to get out of the door and escape? Sure, I've got 299 HP left. *transported to Eidelon* Errp.)

I've left this character alone also so that it can be investigated...

If you can pin this problem down, I'd appreciate getting my two lost lives back. Thanks! I know 1.0.5 has you busy. I don't want to sink another several hours into tip-toeing a nopet Necromancer around at low-level :(

I've seen the same thing happen, too, but it doesn't happen every time. I have no idea what actually triggers the bug. I know sometimes it's caused by dispels, but like you mentioned, there have been times where it was active and it failed. I think it's actually a problem in the log with damage not showing up, rather than with blurred mortality itself. I've seen other issues with the in game log. For example, while resting, I have had a message come up that says something like 'stopped resting after 44 turns; reason: taken damage'. There will be no damage in the log, but my hp will have dropped. The reason was an attack from something offscreen, but still, even if you don't know what hit you, it should say-something- just hit you.
