Help Crashing in Character Level Up

As stated in subject, I almost inevitably crash while in the level up screen of my character. Game just totally freezes and computer does also so I cannot provide any screenshots or info about the crash itself. I have a top of the line computer with the latest drivers, any suggestions would be appreciated.
