[1.0.4] Wild-Gift/Nature's Balance description

It says "... allows you to reset the cooldown of X of your wild gifts of level Y or less." Now with level I used to assume it was restriced by the talent level (similarly to the PM's Redux), when instead it seems to be by tier. In other words, level 2 in Nature's Balance resets any talents that come 1st or 2nd in a given talent tree, regardless of their talent level. To make that clearer, the suggestion is to change the description like this:
"... of your wild gifts of tier X or less."

That is incorrect.
It pits it's effective talent level, against the talents.
If higher or equal, the talent is reset. Else, it isn't.
It has nothing to do with talent placement in a tree.
My example: As a Stone Warden, Nature's Balance has .1 less mastery than my offensive trees, so it would have no effect on them with equal point investment.
After inserting a cat point, it successfully reset other talents, due to a higher effective talent level.

No, what you describe is what the current description implies. And it does work like that with Redux. I used to misunderstand the description in the same way until it killed me by not working when I thought it should and I tested it.
To make sure I wasn't hallucinating: I've just put 2 points in Elemental Split (tier 1), cast it, used my 1-point Nature's Balance, and presto, it's reset. Now I rest 50 turns, use my 1-point Eldritch Stone (tier 4), and whoa what a bummer, it isn't.
Actually it might make sense to change it to Redux-like behavior which I think is better balanced in how it makes you think about how many points to put in, (perhaps with a reduction in cd and equi use to 40 and 15), but on the other side of the scale, it's easier to use now. For a tree that's used for lot's of classes, including almost-unlocked ones, easier is definitely a big deal.
It does get me thinking that currently level 5 is kinda useless and that's sad, so I think I'll go post a suggestion for that now.
