[1.0.5e] Offline achievements not registered?

I know the unvalidated .5 doesn't sync with my online profile. But shouldn't achievements I've already earned (which are recorded on the offline copy of my profile) be visible in game?
If so, then the new beta does not display any of my 90 something achievements, only displays the 'tutorial' achievement. Not sure if recent changes bugged achievements, or this is just a result of the unvalidated beta. (If the latter, disregard this, obviously.)
