Anorithil circles can critical twice

The Anorithil's circles other than Circle of Sanctity can "attain critical spell power" twice in one casting - triggering on-spell-critical effects like Corona or Spellsurge twice.
This occurs because in the code, both the duration of the circle and the damage dealt can critical, and two separate checks are made. That also means you can have a circle which crits for damage but not duration or vice-versa.
It would make more sense to check for the critical multiplier once and use it in both places in the effect - and to say in the description that a critical hit can extend the duration, which is an important fact about the spells.
