Circle of Blazing Light doesn't override Darkness.
And I think it should, since it is supposed to light up affected tiles.

It doesn't incinerate Creeping Darkness either.

Get those shadows off my Circle!

This latter would actually be an interesting buff. I vote for inclusion. Perhaps bonus damage to dark/undead (Shadows, undead, maybe demons) with this circle, as well as banishing 'dark' effects on tiles. (Creeping darkness, dark tendrils, the necro darkness DoT, Anorithil shadow blast, other darkness effects...)
Edit: And duathedelen darkness, of course.

I'd support this as well.
