[1.0.3] (not a bug) Missing boss upon return to Reknor

I'm aware this isn't very useful as a bug report since I'm using an older version of the game, but I'm wondering if anyone can recommend something to edit in my save that might allow me to progress.

Upon returning from the East, I accepted the quest to go back to the portal in Reknor and have a look for the artifacts there. Upon entering level 4 I got a flavor text warning about the increased number of bodies there, but, alas, the level was empty.

Previously on this save file there was a segmentation fault while attempting to wear a rune and upon reloading I couldn't open any of the shops in the mage town. Maybe it's just cursed.

edit for below: Thanks. It was in an odd hidden room with a perimeter made entirely out of doors.

Try digging around in the walls, particularly to the southeast. There's a hidden room the boss sometimes spawns in. It's rather aggravating, and I've already complained about it before, even made a suggestion to the effect of getting rid of it or making mobs not spawn in it.

Oh, alright, thanks. I'll give that a shot and mark this as not being a bug if I find it.

That hidden room should be removed as it serves no purpose other than trapping the boss and causing confusion.
