Psiblade permanent mindstar changes

So remember when psiblades was bugged and you could accidentally lose stats by equipping stuff wrong?

Turns out the core of that bug is still there, but it's better hidden. With an item that gives +psiblade mastery, one can modify the actual stats of mindstars. Most likely, players are going to accidentally "damage" their mindstars, but it is also possible to "upgrade" them.

To damage a mindstar, wear the amulet of psiblade mastery, activate the psiblades sustain, and unequip the amulet of mastery. This is a pretty common trick for getting more powerful sustains. However, if you subsequently unequip the mindstar without deactivating psiblades (or re-equipping the amulet), the mindstar's stats will be degraded. It will have less power from stat %s, less mindpower, less armor piercing and (presumably although untested at time of writing) less will and cun boosts.

However, by rearranging the steps in the order, it is possible to reverse this effect and even improve on mindstar stats. To do so, activate the psiblades sustain and then subsequently equip the amulet of mastery. Now, unequipping the mindstar will cause it to have greater stats than originally intended.

As proof of point, here's a screenshot from my game, showing a T3 thorned mindstar, with % gain from stats at TRIPLE what they ought to be. This was achieved by the steps above followed by simply equipping and unequipping the mindstar repeatedly.

Aww yeah, 130 armor penetration.

P.S. It's also worth noting that a similar bug/exploit exists with the Chronomancer skill Celerity, where equipment with Movement speed effects and leveling up/down that skill with floating points can permanently modify a character's move speed for better or for ill. That variant of this bug can easily be patched over by making Celerity one of the skills you can't take points out of, although the core bug remains.
