Exotic Weapons Mastery Display Bug

Upon learning level 1 of Exotic Weapons Mastery, it will appear under combat Training, far to the right.
The problem with this, is you can only see the left third of it, making it bothersome to add points, and just making it look pretty ugly.
Is not dependant on resolution.
