[1.0.4] Mindstars: tooltip accuracy doesn't match char sheet

When using mindstars, "accuracy is based on willpower with this weapon". On the character sheet, accuracy is shown as 22. On the tooltip (mouse hover on the character's icon), accuracy is shown as 8.
