[1.0.4] Infinite movespeed for temporal wardens

if you have points in celerity, use precognition and remove the points, you keep the benefit.
It probably works with other talents as well.
This bug also occurs some other way I can't find, but it makes Temporal wardens unplayable as they slowly gain infinite movement speed.
