[1.0.4] Unable to enter shops or buildings in Last Hope

When I first entered Last Hope in this current session, I was unable to enter any of the shops, including the Alchemist's and the Elder's. Thinking nothing of it, I left for some time and tried again, and it still is not fuctioning correctly. Sadly, this basically leaves this character unable to progress into the Far East, as I cannot initiate the quest to open Reknor, seeing as I have to talk to the Elder to do so. I have shut down and restarted the game multiple times in between my last and current visits to Last Hope.
