ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

While playing a reaver, I fought some rare and managed to die twice at the same time. Looking through the combat log seems to have it killing me by reflect damage, then me killing it, followed by two of the more elaborate death messages (the first is me being arcaned to death by the mob, and the second appears to be suicide by blight).

So basically:

Mob does X damage to CHAR
Mob killed CHAR!
CHAR does Y damage to mob
CHAR killed mob!
CHAR the level 15 reaver was mana-torn to death by mob.
3 lives left.
yanked to another plane
CHAR the level 15 reaver was debilitated by noxious blight before falling to death by himself in an act of extreme incompetence.
2 lives left.
yanked to another plane

Came back fine, though I had to have the eidolon do it twice. Hopefully some of that information is useful.
