[1.03] Purchasing Mindstar Mastery after A. escort reward..

..Unlocks it at 0.8 Mastery rather than 1.0 (ie If you get Psiblades from an Alchemist before unlocking the tree). I seem to recall this being an issue earlier but thought it had been fixed? Does purchasing Mindstar training always unlock it at that proficiency level?
