ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

In short, I have a near inability to scroll in these recent versions. The mouse doesn't work at all and the wheel works poorly and erratically. As I scroll it occasionally moves down a sliver but fails to go any real distance, and sometimes doesn't move. This occurs in every scrollbar in the module and out of in. I am on Windows 7, using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (I guess this could matter perhaps maybe). It gets worse as I scroll down more.

I've tried a fresh install as well: it consistently occurs 100% of the time in 1.02+ and never at all in 1.01

I remember having this problem a couple versions back. No idea why it started working again though. Try going to game options > gameplay > scroll distance and fiddling with it.
