appears that at least in Iron Throne where there is different places you should be able to enter, that you allways enter at the same place (stairs to 'escape from raknor') eventhough you come from worldmap

I suspect this is due to the Iron Throne having more than two stairs, which confuses the level management code. Apparently it makes the assumption that there is only one stairway 'up' and only one stairway 'down', and since Iron Throne has more, it gets weird.

(Note: I haven't actually source-dived this, but the pattern looks familiar to me.)
