In short, Cyst Burst takes the diseases from the first enemy in the line of what you targeted, respecting los, and then spreads them to wherever you targeted, irrespective of los.

That's how bursts work. It's the same for fireflash, corrupted negation, and water balloons in a slingshot.

No no it's not. As in

If I fire it at the right, it will take diseases from the leftmost x, and transfer them to the other three, well out of the radius.
