Still dead after using Bone reassembly

So I was fighting the last Orb Guardian. Gimira the Fearsome.
I was playing roguelike skeleton and didnt die up to that point. I had maxed the 4th skill the heal, so i could revive once.
I put the orb on the pillar. Gimira shows up. I flury her and die the same turn I used the skill.
The death screen shows up, I press on revive. Nothing happens. Death screen is still there but without the revive option anymore!
The combat log shows that I died twice in the same turn. Then I revive leaving me with one death still in dept!
This is a serious bug. My entire character just wasted because the revive didnt work.
Both death appeared in the combat log right after each othere.
The first: slimed to death by Gimira
The second: smashed to death by himself
And then the combat log shows the achievement: Unstoppable
Both deaths occured in the same turn. Which is funny by its own. But makes me pretty made that the revive didnt do a thing!
