Game Crashes Durring Start-up

Hi, I recently download T.o.M.E. 4 and installed it. First attempt at launching failing, figured it was because I installed to a library. so I move it to a folder on my C:\\. Redownload and install again doesn't work. I wait until again today, after hearing of network trouble, to redownload and install. It keeps crashing. After searching for any answer I find someone who has a similar GPU (specs at bottom) and solved the problem by using the 1.0.0. I download and try that out, to still having the crash on launch.
It opens the window where the game would launch, the window turns white and then closes. The program is closed when the window closes, and the log stops with out telling me anything. If anyone could help me solve this I would greatly appreciate it.
Specs:
AMD Athlon IIx4 @3.5GHz unlocked L2 cache 512mb
AMD Radeon HD 7850 core@1000 Ram@1200
Asus M5A87 Mobo
12g G. Skill 1333 unganged
1366x768 display

I have the same issue. I was running 1.0.0 before I upgraded graphics cards to an AMD 7970. Since then any version of the game crashes on start up. Here's the log, any help would be appreciated.
