"You shall be my weapon" prodigy takes no turn/cooldown

You shall be my weapon is hilariously broken right now. If it misses or kills your target, the cooldown doesn't trigger and no time passes, those things only work properly if you hit them and they survive, but with a gargantuan berserker that doesn't happen often. I tried taking off the Behemoth hide and the Snow giant wraps + Mighty girdle, but the bug is there whether I'm big, huge, or gargantuan.
