The description of the bloated ooze states that "It's made from your own flesh," which is not accurate if it came from an enemy oozemancer.

If that's honestly a bug then it also applies to Forgeries of Haze ('a shadowy form that resembles you' or such.). It seems more a stylistic nitpick, however.
