[SVN]oozemancer's skill cause enemy live forever

A bandit stand there with 0 health, and every hit I apply on him will kill him, but he doesn't disappear
don't know which one actually cause, I used Slime Spit, Call of the Ooze, Acid Splash

I had it happen to me once while playing a oozemancer. For me it was a summoned ritch in the Maze.

I can't remember which skills I used on it.

this is one of longest living bug in ToME : )

can you tell your settings in "Game Options" -> "Save in the background" / "Zone save per level" ?

Do note that the enemy does "die" each time it is hit. I've seen similar bugs in the betas but the bugged NPC in question never died, and this happens quite regularly with oozemancers in 1.0.1 (as opposed to previous versions where I'd go for many games in a row without encountering it). Don't know about other classes in 1.0.1 though.
