Vault doesn't give up agate

I have 310 alchemist agate in the vault. Retrieving it pops the transferring window up, but then the game is stuck.

Hum can you post the te4_log.txt file after you did that and exited the game please ?

I have to kill it with the task manager at that point. Other items work fine with the vault. File attached.
