The most common way for this to happen is probably with the mindstar mastery tree in zigur.
- Get 750 gold, go to Zigur and purchase the Mindstar mastery category. You will get it with a 1.00 mastery
- Save a Alchemist escort and choose the Psiblade talent reward.
- Get 750 gold, go to Zigur and purchase the Mindstar mastery category. You will get it with a 0.80 mastery
