It's... mostly as per title. Just ran into this being mentioned over on the B12 forums. You can apparently give loot to Norgan via the give-to-team mate option in your inventory. Not only does them prevent you from getting it back, it can also overload Norgan and make him immobile. Probably shouldn't be happening
