Died twice, now always 0 dmg dealt to me.

I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but it seems that you can die twice in a row before being revived. When I went for a revive it said something like "You enter the material world again", but sent me back into the void and not back to where I had died. The next time I asked for a revive I was actually sent back but nothing can harm me now, everything does 0 dmg.
