[1.0] Fortress reset and stuck

After having completed the game recently, i went back to my fortress with my character for some farportal fun.
After completing a few of them i went at it again, and noticed after entering the farportal that the loading screen was stuck at loading, the loading animation was going on, but the level was actually never loading.
After waiting a minute and still nothing, i CTRL-ALT-DEL and killed the process as there was nothing else to do.
Very luckily the game was stuck before saving, so i could see my last save still available.
Oddly that save was at the level 1 of the last farportal i did.
I redid it, killed the boss on level 2 of that place again, and exited from the portal appearing on my feet.
I noticed then that i was in a fortress, but everything was black as if unexplored, the message that appear the first time you reach the fortress through the lake popped up.
... and the weirdling beast, was there too !
Dispatching it, i noticed that it was indeed my fortress that has been completely reset, as i had to re-explore it entirely.
And then the big problem : the door to the farportal room was reset too, and so was closed.
Another problem : the servant was nowhere in the fortress, and the central orb didn't asked me to insert the rod of recall like the first time.
