..Which is rather odd seeing as how they're both filthy, filthy Arcane items. Bug or intentional?

I kinda see this as intended b/c the AM limitation is that you can't equip arcane infused items, and you can clearly carry them fine. Whether that means you should get the bonuses said items may or may not give is the question though, and I can see it either way I suppose.
