[1.0.0] [FIXED] Negative healing factor

I played with Cornac Summoner and was fighting in the underwater cave. After changing my current helmet to the helmet with water breathing (being underwater), healing rate failed somehow - the total heal became about -0.5!
Dying and "re-wearing" all the outfit didn't help.
Changing some of the equipment to ones with "of life" modifier fixed situation a bit - I improved the healing factor to >0 and could continue playing. Some levels after the healing factor fixed by itself from -0.5 to +2.4 (or something like that).
