[1.0] 2 invokers from 1 pedestal

In the slavers compound 2 invokers appeared simultaneously(or in less then a turn anyway) from the 1st pedestal. The bringer of doom appeared after killing a 3rd from the 2nd pedestal. Sadly I'm not sure if the 3rd pedestal still worked because I died.

I've had this happen too, not sure if it's a bug. Third pedestal still works after killing the Bringer.
