ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

While fighting Fyrk, I occasionally cast Phase Door and Teleport on him to move the fight away from his cleansing flames (so I might land Impending Doom on him). For one such teleport, Fyrk ended up in impassable terrain. See below:

Sounds like this also explains the bug with the Sandworm Queen or the Ruined Dungeon.

I had this happen to me when I used Teleport in the Charred Scar.
