[1.0] 2 Bugs in the Telos Tower last level

Hello,
- Running a dwarf bulwark that i moved into antimagic i decided to give a try to the alternate path regarding the Last Hope portal construction by giving the orb to the evil mage instead of keeping it for me.
- Telos Tower is as ridiculously hard as i remembered (much more than the other path if i kept the Orb)
And my character died on the last level, as he ended in the boss room directly from the stair, with many dreads, many elites, several multicolored wyrms (and 2 big dragons) and the boss itself) and being under bad effect for the whole duration of the fight , the game wasn't letting me retreating when the situation was becoming impossible.
- Today loading the save , my character entered again the tower and reached the boss level only to see that without explaination all that was left in that room was 2 big multicolored dragons and 1 headless horrors, every elites present had just disappeared (they weren't summons)
-killing easily the 3 monsters (as with room to navigate i could then easily move to a corridor to control the fight), i noticed the boss was nowhere to be seen.
Moving around i located him when i received some attack, the boss was in fact now permanentely invisible and stuck in a wall, but unlike a dread or a banshee, without the game allowing you to attack (and no skill was able to target him).
Out of options, i moved out of the tower and entered it again.
Arriving on the boss room, the boss wasn't in his wall anymore, in fact he wasn't in that level anymore, as i dug all the walls with my mouth tooth artifact and there was no boss here anymore.
Fortunately it didn't prevented the game main quest to continue as i could go back to report to the evil mage and get stuck in his trap/dungeon.
