1)The rating system has disappeared
2)Tags only show up if you're NOT logged
3)Tags can be duplicated(so you can get the same tag multiple times)
4)More of an idea: should be able to search by tag and/or see a tag cloud.

1 and 2 were indeed fixed, but 3 wasn't - tags can still be replicated, if you edit and type them again it ADDS more tags..of the same!

Also, searching by tags can list multiple releases of the same addon, which likely shouldn't happen.

Seems like this issue is there again Would be nice to have it fully fixed someday, makes navigating the addon list somewhat annoying.
